S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co, manages many
properties including Retail, Office, Industrial,
and Multi Family here in Hampton Roads as well as outside this area.  Of course, we deal with many vendors to assist us in managing and maintaining these facility. Southampton Roads Construction (SRC) has been the primary contractor for a significant amount of my asphalt and concrete work, including major parking lot renovations and repairs as well as sidewalk replacements, and some smaller building projects. My particular specialty is shopping center management.

In a shopping center environment, major projects such as sidewalk replacements and parking lot renovations require a contractor who is sensitive to the tenants needs including providing convenient access that allows customers to reach the retailer of their choice quickly and safely. SRC works directly with me and each tenant to insure that all concerns are addressed. That in itself is invaluable.

In addition, SRC assists me by lending their expertise during the investigation and planning stages of these types of projects even in situations where there is no guarantee that the job will be theirs.

I wouldn’t hesitate and haven’t ever hesitated to recommend SRC to anyone looking for a good contractor. They produce quality work and do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. In today’s world,  I don’t think you can ask for much more than quality and dependability.
