The cold / wet winter has produced some very unusual asphalt damage this season. The humid summer heat has brought the normal expansion as our surfaces heat up…..but the damage is “extreme”. This situation has increased the need to use proper maintenance techniques to help extend the life cycle of your assets. We proudly represent SealMaster for both crack fill applications as well as their Coal Tar sealant to add years of use to older surfaces. These products should be used every several years to keep moisture out and improve both the deterioration of your material and the overall general appearance of your property.
